  3. The easiest way to pay your fare is with a PRESTO card. Simply tap on when you board the bus.
  4. Once you board the bus, please move to the back so that other customers can also board.
  5. To request a stop, please pull the cord or push the button before your stop.
  6. Make sure you have all your belongings with you before you exit the bus.

To School

Create a trip plan to find the closest stop and quickest routes to your school. Just specify your start location, where you’re headed and when you want to get there, and our trip planner does the rest.

During the school year, dedicated high school routes (300 series) are available. Find out which MiWay routes go to your high school.

Students of University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM), Sheridan College (Hazel McCallion & Davis Campuses), and Humber College (North Campus), we’ll help you find the routes to your campus.

How To Pay

You can pay with cash, tickets or with a PRESTO card. Here’s how to get your PRESTO card ready for the school year:

  1. Purchase your PRESTO card and load funds online at or in person at a service location near you.
  2. Youth (ages 13 to 19) pay lower fares than adults. Set the fare type on your PRESTO card in person at the City Centre Transit Terminal or at a Mississauga community centre.
  3. Create a My PRESTO Account to protect your balance if your card is lost or stolen, or to set up autoload. With the autoload feature, funds are automatically added when your balance falls below a minimum amount that you choose.
